Worldwide Veterinary Services
Travel, train, change the world. At Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS) we are championing animal welfare around the world and creating sustainable change. We provide vet care in places where no-one else can, provide expert training to vets to improve the standard of care globally, and ship urgent veterinary aid to frontline teams around the world. Our International Training Centres (ITC) act as key hubs for treating thousands of animals in need of care each year, as well as training both local and international veterinary professionals. We offer EMS eligible surgical training courses for international veterinarians which focus on teaching spaying and neutering skills, building surgical confidence, and learning best practice in animal welfare. Participants will benefit from hands-on experience in a supportive environment, while helping to improve the welfare of animals around the world. Volunteers play a crucial role in providing life-saving work to animals around the world. We offer volunteering opportunities around the world to support with the treatment and care of all animals. Through our project Mission Rabies vet students can volunteer to provide life-saving protection against rabies to communities around the world. Follow us on social media to hear more about our work and go to our website at wvs.org.uk to discover more about our training courses and volunteering opportunities.
