- Webinars – Royal Canin offers specialist webinars in a variety of topics across many aspects of canine and feline nutrition partnering with industry-leading experts to deliver the most up-to-date and relevant information for vets.
- Vet Focus online magazines - Founded in 1990, Veterinary Focus is a 3 times a year medical and scientific journal for the Veterinary Practitioner specialising in pets, in particular cats and dogs.
First Years
At the start of each year we usually provide a few things to help you with your studies – boot bags, water bottles, lunch boxes and more **unfortunately due to COVID-19 we will likely not be able to do this in September this year but will try to see if we can rearrange it**
Fourth Years
As 4th years start their clinical years we’ll be providing them with a range of freebies, including diaries, fob watches, boot bags and water bottles!

Our Nutritional Roadshow
Every year Royal Canin puts on a nutritional roadshow touring the vet schools of the UK and Ireland. The nutritional roadshow aims to show veterinary students the importance of nutritional in small animal practice and understand the cutting-edge research Royal Canin is performing.
**unfortunately due to COVID-19 and delays the 2019 roadshow has been cancelled, we unfortunately don’t know when/if there will be one in 2020**
Each roadshow has a different theme (2017’s was on the relationship between nutrition and behaviour) but always features renowned veterinary experts as speakers.

In addition to those competitions run on the page, each year we run our own Liverpool Uni Photo Competition with students from every year taking part. Last year’s winner, Alice (with “Whatever floats your goat”), won a Littmann Stethoscope. The runner up, Christy, won a “Clinical Medicine of the Dog and Cat” textbook.
