Women's FootballHello!
We are a relaxed team that don’t take ourselves too seriously. We have regular training sessions and matches throughout the academic year but are happy to play for fun and to have a laugh. It isn’t all about the winning!!! We usually train at Wyncote Sports Ground on Sundays from 12-1pm and we play 5 a side matches every week in a campus league (which we won last year!!!). There are occasional 7 a side matches such as the Medics vs Dentists vs Vets tournament (which we also won last year!!!) and if we can get our numbers up, this is something we are looking to do more of! ANYONE is welcome to come along to training sessions and matches. It doesn’t matter whether you have played football before.
